A Hawaii Air National Guard F-22 Raptor from Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI lands April 25, 2019, at the Palau International Airport, Republic of Palau, while a grounded pilot provides command and control support through a radio. The stealthy aircraft landed in Palau for the first time as part of a Pacific Air Forces dispersal exercise, Resilient Typhoon. The exercise is designed to test PACAF’s ability to execute flight operations from multiple locations and strengthen partnerships across Micronesia.
