Mike Bernacchi, commander, Naval Service Training Command (NSTC), speaks at his Change of Command ceremony in the Midway Ceremonial Drill Hall at Recruit Training Command (RTC), the Navy’s only boot camp, on Naval Station Great Lakes, April 25.
