Soldiers from the U.S. Army’s 690th Rapid Port Opening Element, based at Ft. Eustis, Va., conduct nighttime operations during Operation Huron Thunder at the Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center in Alpena, Mich., July 23, 2018.
