Brig. Gen. Tony McMillan, commander of the 145th Airlift Wing, N.C. Air Guard, welcomes Col. Michael Oberbroeckling, Air Mobility Command Inspector General to Charlotte. Oberbroeckling is the team chief of about 60 inspectors visiting the base, who will be checking safety, accountability and compliance within the units of the 145th Airlift Wing.
