The 3rd Cavalry Regiment combative team and Col. John B. Richardson, commander of the regiment, pose with their trophy at Abrams Physical Fitness Center, Feb. 16. The team competed in the 2012 Fort Hood Combatives Tournament and with only weeks of training up for the event, placed second overall.
