190430-N-UM706-0001 RED SEA (April 30, 2019) Damage Control Fireman Jose Garcia, left, and Damage Control 2nd Class Byron Bullock, assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Nitze (DDG 94) swim in the Red Sea while on a Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) tour while in port in Safaga, Egypt. Nitze is underway as part of Abraham Lincoln Carrier Strike Group (ABECSG) deployment in support of maritime security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th, U.S. 6th and U.S. 7th Fleet areas of operation.
