U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer Jennifer Mantanona, a dental hygienist with Expeditionary Medical Facility Camp Pendleton, provides dental care for patient while her two children wait at Ponce, Puerto Rico, May 4, 2019, during Innovative Readiness Training Puerto Rico. IRT Puerto Rico is also called Ola de Esperanza Sanadora, which translates to Healing Wave of Hope.
