U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Maj. James N. Calbough speaks to the Marines gathered for a ceremony May 2, 2019, at Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. During the ceremony, Cpl. Chastain, a native of Shawnee, Oklahoma, is a data systems administrator with Headquarters Company, Combat Logistics Regiment 3.
