Col. Andrew Saslav, commander of the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, visited Womack Army Medical Center on May 2 and presented appreciation certificates to the Emergency Department, the Department of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation and the Medical Surge Ward to thank them for their quick reaction in taking care of his injured paratroopers. While at Womack, he also visited Pfc. Colton Murphy. Murphy is the only Soldier still at the hospital.
