Ty Neuman, director of the Commander’s Action Group for USSTRATCOM, during Neuman’s promotion ceremony to the rank of brigadier general at Offutt Air Force Base, May 3, 2019. Neuman will become the principal assistant deputy administrator for military application in Washington D.C.
