Erik Koski, 746th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Unit C-130 Hercules maintainer, watches as a functionality test is performed on a C-130 during a home station check at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia Feb. 28, 2012. C-130s are versatile aircraft, able to transport many kinds of cargo, personnel, vehicles, pallets, and can also be used for search and rescue operations, airdrop supply missions, and aero-medical evacuations.
