A speaker defines intergovernmental and community partnerships during the Army Community Partnership Kick-off and Needs and Capacity Conference on April 25, 2019, at Fort McCoy, Wis. Leaders from throughout the garrison, tenant organizations, and local government agencies participated in the conference. The effort supports the Army Community Partnership Program at Fort McCoy, which leverages the strength of federal, state, and local governments to form partnerships that increase efficiencies and produce cost savings. More follow-up action is planned through this effort that may produce future intergovernmental support agreements. (U.S. Army Photo by Scott T. Sturkol, Public Affairs Office, Fort McCoy, Wis.)
