Members of the Afghan Border Patrol and 3rd Platoon “Hell Jumpers," Able Nation, conduct security checks in the Pesho Ghar Valley near the Enzarkay Pass, March 2. The purpose is to monitor traffic from Pakistan and to disrupt any weapons or contraband brought illegally into Afghanistan. Able Nation, or A Company, is part of the 3rd Battalion (Airborne), 509th Infantry Regiment, Task Force Gold Geronimo.
