U.S. Air Force Capt. Peter Euler, Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa air operations planner, crosses the finish line at the 16th Annual Djibouti International Semi-Marathon here March 2. Euler was the first American to complete the race that day, with a time of one hour, 33 minutes and 20 seconds. More than 40 U.S. service members and civilians from Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, ran alongside 800 other international runners during the event.
