EO3 Ginger Lux, Houston Texas Navy Reserve Seabee, is made up to look like an injured casualty. Makeup artists that specialize in horror shows for Hollywood skillfully apply realistic makeup for medical personnel to practice their skills at evaluating and treating the wounds.
The Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 22 (NMCB 22) out of Port Hueneme, California conducted major training May 2019 at Fort Hunter Liggett, California for its Reserve units from all over the country. In addition to various building projects that both train the Seabees and benefit FHL, they conducted a mass casualty exercise May 11. A medevac Black Hawk from the California National Guard in Sacramento made two trips to ferry the "wounded." The Naval Construction Group 1 out of Port Hueneme sent Observer/Coach Trainers and instructors to oversee the training.
