The U.S. Navy Maritime Civil Affairs Team embarked aboard High Speed Vessel (HSV 2) Swift is applauded by Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 23 after receiving certificates of appreciation from the Seabees. MCAT and the Seabees are working together at several project sites in Cap-Haiten, Swift's final destination during HSV-Southern Partnership Station 2012.
