Puller (ESB-3) directs an MH-53E Sea Dragon with Helicopter Mine Countermeasures Squadron (HM) 15 during landing deck qualifications in the Arabian Gulf, May 11, 2019. The USS Lewis B. Puller (ESB-3) is an afloat forward staging-base variant of the mobile landing platform, and is designed to provide dedicated support for air-mine countermeasures and special warfare missions around the globe.
