Staff Sgt. Stephanie Englar, NCOIC of community engagement with the visiting U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds aerial demonstration team, discusses careers in the Air Force with Aztec High School Junior ROTC Cadet Maj. Gus Mattox May 17 at the New Mexico Veterans Memorial in Albuquerque. Members of the Thunderbirds visited with JROTC cadets and other students and families to discuss careers in the Air Force. Mattox, already enlisted in the Air Force, wants to become a Pararescueman or a pilot. The Thunderbirds are in town for the Kirtland Air and Space Fiesta May 18 at the base.
