Guam, during a lift operation along-side the Military Sealift Command maritime prepositioning force container, roll-on/roll-off and mobile landing platform USNS Dahl (T-AKR 312) in Apra Harbor, Guam. NCHB 1 is a rapidly deployable unit of the Navy Expeditionary Forces Command Pacific, capable of loading and discharging ships and aircraft in all-climatic and threat conditions.
