Chaplain Wesley Cradall helps with the interior electrical work on one of the Homeland Response Force medical treatment tents during the HRF exercise validation. Members of the California National Guard Homeland Response Force take part in a bi-annual exercise validation at Camp Roberts, Calif. The team has 90 minutes to unload the specialized trailers, set up tents and begin treating patients. The airmen and soldiers responded to a scenario in which a financial institution was bombed which resulted in casualties, people being trapped in rubble and massive damage to buildings and infrastructure.
