Army Staff Sgt. Marvin Hopkins, left, and Staff Sgt. Antonio Dates, both combat trafficking in persons noncommissioned officers assigned to the Regional Contracting Center - Kuwait, 408th Contracting Support Brigade, lead the question and answer session near the end of the third annual Combating Trafficking in Persons forum at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, May 16, 2019. The brigade provides operational contracting support to U.S. Army Central (USARCENT) by preparing and coordinating support plans, providing oversight, assessment, policy and acquisition authority to assigned contingency contracting organizations and contract assets. These types of forums show that USARCENT builds cohesion and assures allies and partners of its shared vision and unity of purpose of stability in its areas of operations.
