The National Guard Professional Education Center's fitness center is now the SFC Troy L. Miranda Combat Athletic Performance Center in a dedication ceremony May 20, 2019, commemorating the 15 year anniversary of Miranda's death. The dedication brought family, friends and comrades in arms together to memorialize Miranda and remember him. A commemorative plaque and historical photo storyboard are in the entranceway to the fitness center.
