ROTA, Spain (May 17, 2019) Command Master Chief Helen Daniel, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133, delivers the battalion flag to Cmdr. Luke Greene during a change of command ceremony on board Naval Station Rota, Spain. Cmdr. Frank Carroll relieved Greene as commanding officer of NMCB-133. NMCB-133 is forward deployed to execute construction, humanitarian and foreign assistance, and theater security cooperation in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations.
