U.S. Navy and U.S. Missile Defense Agency leaders, the mayor of Redzikowo located two hours west of Gdansk and the commander of the Polish Force Protection Battalion which protects the nearby Naval Support Facility Redzikowo held a town hall at the Redzikowo Community Center the evening of May 17, 2019, for people who live and work in the local area. The purpose of the town hall was to share information about the Aegis Ashore Missile Defense System now under construction on the installation located on the nearby Polish Military Base about two hours west of Gdansk, Poland.
