NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (May 21, 2019) Lt. j.g. Andrew Oxendine, from Newbern, North Carolina, USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) supply department's S-8 division officer, receives his Naval Aviation Supply Officer certificate from Capt. John J. Cummings, Ford's commanding officer, during a pinning ceremony in the ship's in port cabin.
