Nicholas Fritzhand, from Cincinnati, attached to 7th Fleet Task Force Integrated Air and Missile Defense, celebrates after jumping from U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) during a swim call in the waters above Challenger Deep - the deepest known point in the world's oceans. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific Region.
