The new Spanish Army commander of Besmaya, gives a speech during a transfer of authority ceremony at the Besmaya Range Complex, Iraq, May 22, 2019. The colonel’s speech sent off the pervious contingent who spent six months at Besmaya training Iraqi Security Forces tactical and operational skills they would need to defeat Daesh.
