More than 30 educators from across the western United States (high school/college, administrators, teachers and counselors) and leadership from the 5th Army Recruiting Brigade visited Fort Carson as part of the mission to display the life of Soldiers from different Military Occupational Specialties (MOS), to further assist the Army’s recruiting objective.
4th Battalion 9th Infantry Regiment, 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, organized a static display which consisted of multiple weapons systems and vehicles, along with subject matter expert Soldiers who demonstrated how to properly use the respective systems. The 5th Recruiting Brigade, The Alamo Warriors, is one of six brigades under the United States Army Recruiting Command (USAREC), and has seven battalions spread across a geographical area of 14 states.
