Service members at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti came out to complete the Murph together in honor of all fallen military members, May 27, 2019. The Murph is a rigorous training circuit consisting of a 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats followed by another 1 mile run. The Murph originated with Lt. Michael P.
