Janson Boyles, the adjutant general of Mississippi, how the Tactical Water Purification System (TWPS) operates during exercise Ardent Sentry at Camp McCain, Mississippi on May 29, 2019. Ardent Sentry is a North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command exercise focused on defense support of civil authorities during a simulated New Madrid Seismic Zone earthquake. Approximately 250 Mississippi National Guard personnel will be participating in the nearly two week exercise focused on building interagency relationships to prepare for possible severe earthquakes.
