    Dave Mello, a land surveyor with USACE Sacramento District, provides a briefing about the recently purchased Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) the district will begin using. Mello briefed Sacramento's Commander Col. David Ray and others before a demonstration flight of the UAS at New Hogan Lake on May 10, 2019.
