Alisha “Tuff” Hill, a graduate and former basketball player from Howard University in Washington, D.C., accepts the United States Marine Corps Excellence in Leadership Award at the 2012 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Hall of Fame Awards Brunch in Winston-Salem, N.C., March 9.
