Guests of the Carter Center, founded by former President Jimmy Carter, tour the inside of an UH-1Y Venom “Huey” with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit aboard the USS Peleliu at Naval Base San Diego, March 10. The aircraft element provided by 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing to the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit allows for the fastest transportation of troops, supplies and other valuable essentials that could turn the tide in a fire fight.
