Residents of the Al Furat section of Baghdad unload food, cooking oil and other humanitarian aid supplies brought to the by Soldiers of 1st Battalion, 149th Infantry Regiment at the Al Furat Council building, Saturday, Aug. 11. The Soldiers from the unit have been working with local officials to distribute the items to the most needy families as well as work on ways to alleviate the problems and issues faced by the residents of the neighborhood.
