Members of the Rwandan Defense Forces conduct an urban operations drill during a field training portion of a month-long Peace Support Operations Soldier Skills Training course held at the Rwandan military base here Feb. 2, with U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Fabian Alban (right), an instructor with 3rd Squadron, 124th Cavalry Regiment, Texas Army National Guard. The RDF invited the Texas Guardsmen, in support of Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, to participate alongside Rwandan instructors during the course.
