Jessie Allen, a team leader with the 113th Military Police Company, Mississippi Army National Guard, trains members of the 172nd Security Forces Squadron, Mississippi Air National Guard, and members of the 315th Military Police Company, Mississippi State Guard, on proper riot shield use May 31, 2019, at Camp McCain, Mississippi. The units conducted the training as part of Ardent Sentry 2019, an exercise to test the Mississippi National Guard’s response to a no-notice, catastrophic earthquake along the New Madrid Seismic Zone and the military police use the training to help prevent looting or theft in the event of an earthquake or other natural disaster effecting the state.
