Stanley Budraitis, commander 66th Troop Command, Mississippi Army National Guard, receive a brief from Soldiers of the 298th Combined Support Sustainment Battalion, on water purification operations as the governor tours Ardent Sentry operations June 4, 2019 at Camp McCain Training Center, Mississippi. Ardent Sentry is a North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command exercise focused on defense support of civil authorities during a simulated New Madrid Seismic Zone earthquake. Approximately 250 Mississippi National Guard personnel will be participating in the nearly two week exercise focused on building interagency relationships to prepare for possible severe earthquakes.
