Boatswain's Mate Chief Michelle Wynn gives orders to line handlers aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Halsey (DDG 97) during a replenishment at sea with the Military Sealift Command dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Richard E. Byrd (T-AKE 4).
