Matthew Klunder, Chief of Naval Research, cut the ribbon to officially open the new LASR facility in Washington, D.C. LASR is a one-of-a-kind laboratory that will provide specialized facilities to support highly innovative research in intelligent autonomy, sensor systems, power and energy systems, human-system interaction, networking and communications, and platforms.
