MILTON, Fla. (June 5, 2019) Commanding Officer of Helicopter Training Squadron (HT) 8 Cmdr. Jessica Parker, from St. Louis, returns from her last flight flown as an instructor pilot at Naval Air Station Whiting Field in Milton, Fla. Parker will relinquish command of HT-8 to Cmdr. Lena Kaman during a ceremony scheduled June 7. HT-8 provides advanced helicopter flight instruction to all U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard helicopter flight students as well as international students from allied nations.
