Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Khoa Phung checks the blood pressure of Information Systems Technician 3rd Class Nathan Harris during a health and wellness fair at Navy Medicine West (NMW) headquarters onboard Naval Base San Diego (NBSD). Presenters from Fleet and Family Services Center and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) along with personnel from the Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) Health Promotion and Wellness Department and NBSD Dental Clinic were on hand to discuss exercise, nutrition, dental readiness, tobacco cessation, and sleep hygiene.
