Staff Sgt. Paul Jarett, of Clara City, Minn., directs the convoy of several hundred Soldiers for the Minnesota National Guard's 1/151 FA ready reaction force (RRF) as they take over operations at the Olivia Regional Airport on Aug.17. The event was deisgned to test the readiness of both the RRF and the state's quick reation force (QRF).
