190606-N-QD718-0046 GULF OF THAILAND (June 6, 2019) – The Royal Thai Navy (RTN) DW 300F-class multi-role stealth frigate HTMS Bhumibol Adulyadej (FFG 471) sails in formation during a Division Tactics (DIVTACS) exercise with ships from the U.S. and Royal Thai Navies as part of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Thailand 2019. This year marks the 25th iteration of CARAT, a multinational exercise series designed to enhance U.S. and partner navies’ abilities to operate together in response to traditional and non-traditional maritime security challenges in the Indo-Pacific region.
