Michigan Army National Guardsmen of the 126th Public Affairs Operations Center conduct an interview of Bulgarian Maj. Gen. Ivan Lalov, deputy commander of the Bulgarian Joint Forces Command at the opening ceremony of STRIKE BACK 19 held June 7, 2019 at Novo Selo Training Area, Bulgaria. STRIKE BACK 19 is designed to increase capabilities and interoperabilities with Bulgarian, Albanian, Greek, North Macedonian and U.S. Troops.
