Mr. Trash Wheel, a trash filtering machine, sits in the Jones Falls section of the Baltimore Harbor after an oil spill on that is believed to have come from a warehouse fore the night before, June 7, 2019. Mr. Trash Wheel has a pre-deployed boom, which stopped much of the pollution from entering the main harbor.
