Marines and sailors with Combat Logistics Battalion 8, 2nd Marine Logistics Group gather up for an accountability formation during a long-range convoy in Beaufort, S.C., March 12, 2012. The troops drove more than 1,000 miles during a six-day exercise in order to test the battalion’s mission essential tasks, which consisted of basic warrior skills, recovery procedures, distribution and repairs, as well as evacuation techniques and motor vehicle operations.
