An MH-60S Seahawk, flown by members of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron Six, unloads members of 7th Special Forces Group as part of exercise Red Flag Rescue. The exercise gives service members from all components of the U.S. military, as well as foreign allies, an opportunity to train together in ultra-realistic combat scenarios. Exercises like these give military members who don’t always work together an opportunity to communicate and fine tune techniques they will all need to be successful in combat.
