DEVESELU, Romania (May 31, 2019) – Romanian school children got an up close look at U.S. Army robotics equipment as U.S. Sailors and Soldiers, along with Romanian military personnel, hosted more than 150 kids for the International Children’s Day events at the 99th Military Base in Deveselu, Romania, May 31, 2019. U.S. military and civilian personnel from the Naval Support Facility Deveselu displayed gear and equipment for a hands-on experience for local school children and special-needs kids from nearby orphanage. The kids also enjoyed face-painting, sports provided by Navy MWR and a pizza party.
