William Robinson, aeromedical evacuation technician assigned to the 18th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, lifts the neonatal transport system to be secured on the KC-135 Stratotanker during a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit transportation course June 5, 2019, on Kadena Air Base, Japan.
