A C-47 Skytrain drops mini parachutes attached to candy to children waiting below June 10, 2019, on the U.S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden airfield at Clay Kaserne. The candy drop, which was reminiscent of drops made in 1948 and 1949 by then U.S. Air Force Lt.
